I’m free in Christ Jesus – free to sing, free to dance, free to laugh, and free to bow before Him. I’m free today!
What about you?
Glory to His Name!
Holy, Holy, Holy!!!
Stop what you’re doing right now, and give God your best praise!
I will rejoice in you, my Lord
I will be glad and cheer up every time I think of your Name.
You, Lord, are praiseworthy, valuable, and priceless!
How excellent is all Your handiwork; which you and I are His workmanship.

Hallelujah!
You and I are made in His image and His likeness. We possess all of God’s characteristics.
Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness, and Temperance (Galatians 5:22-23)!

Worship Medley (The Joy of the Lord, Oh The Glory) by Deitrick Haddon
The joy of the Lord is your strength. Delight in Him!
The glory of the Lord is revealed through our praise. Praise Him!
God’s beauty, splendor, majesty, and brilliance!
Hallelujah!
What is joy? Do you know? It is the feeling of great happiness or pleasure, especially of an elevated or spiritual kind. Also it is a pleasurable aspect of something or something that brings on the source of happiness.
Who is your source of joy? Who is ‘the one’ who can give to us? Our Heavenly Father and our Lord is our great joy. They imparted to us this great joy, and it should be expressed from us to others.

How do we say that we have that joy, if we continue to look somber?
Not so, Saints of God! Where the spirit of the Lord is there is freedom, liberty, free-will, choice, and guess what? JOY! Amen. Stop looking like the world – solemn, serious, and sad. There is nothing grim about our Savior. He paid the ultimate price for our liberties.
We are to celebrate the goodness of the Lord by singing, dancing, rejoicing, shouting, and many other acts of praise.
Hallelujah! Shout to the Lord all the earth. Let’s sing!

Shout to the Lord by Hillsong
If nothing compare to the promise we have in Him, then why are we so sad? It heartbreaking to see my brothers and sisters in the Lord look that way. Awake you sleeper! Arise you heavy hearted! Your light has come…the joy of the Lord is your strength!
Rejoice…Leaping and shouting…Give thanks to your Lord!
He is good and His mercy endures forever. Praise the Lord!

GO GET YOUR JOY BACK
Wow, right on Minister Jeff B. Fannell!
Go and get your joy back. Please do not let the curse some upon you, if you do not serve the Lord with joy (Deuteronomy 28:43-48). Ask the Lord to restore the joy of your salvation (Psalms 51:12). Yes, there is a curse for not serving with joy and gladness:
“Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;” – Deuteronomy 28:47
I was asked the question by a person reading my blog pages. He is a subscriber, so I thought I would answer His question right here:
What is the big idea with rejoicing, and putting a smile on your face?

We are commanded to praise, rejoice, and worship (Hebrews 13:15; Deuteronomy 12:12; John 4:24). The majority of the Holy Bible contains praising and rejoicing in the Lord. And still today, a lot of Christian still doesn’t believe in the joy of the Lord. They talk about the joy, but do not express this joy to the world. Let me show you what Jesus said, in Luke 10:18-20 in the Message Bible:
“I know. I saw Satan fall, a bolt of lightning out of the sky. See what I’ve given you? Safe passage as you walk on snakes and scorpions, and protection from every assault of the Enemy. No one can put a hand on you. All the same, the great triumph is not in your authority over evil, but in God’s authority over you and presence with you. Not what you do for God but what God does for you—that’s the agenda for rejoicing.”
Do you see that? We should rejoice in the Lord. Why? Because “it’s not what you do for God, but what God does for you.” That’s His pleasure, and grounds for rejoicing.
You have a choice to represent the Father well. Make that decision today. The more your praise Him, you will have the delight, pleasure, and enjoyment of knowing your Creator. As a result, you will smile and be content – now that’s a big deal!
Until next time, continue to be blessed and Praise the Lord!
