Praise is an act of worship. It means to admire and extol something (idols) or someone (God). There are many books in the bible which expresses adoration and honor to the Lord, but there is one that tells us over and over again in the book of Psalms that God is worthy of praise. For example, “Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.” – Psalm 150:6
