Thanksgiving in July: Practicing an Attitude of Gratitude

“Gratitude is born in hearts that take time to count up past mercies.” – Charles E. Jefferson

Count Your Blessing by “On the Rock” St Stephens COGIC Church

Great is the Lord and Greatly to Be Praised!

His greatness is unsearchable!

We serve an Awesome God!

Take a few seconds right now to give God your very best praise. Get up from in front of the computer, and start your personal praise to God.

Are you ready?

Hallelujah! To get you going…

You are my everlasting Lord.
You are the author and finisher of my faith.
My heart belongs to You Lord. I live my life for you.
I obey and do what You have for me in this life.
Glory to Your Name!
Your blood heals and delivers me.
Hallelujah! You free me to shout. You free me to dance.
Your Name is powerful, and is worthy of my praise.
Jesus! My Lord and Savior is He.
King of kings and Lord of lords!
I will praise Your forever.

Holy and Righteous is my Lord!

I hope you have participated with me. He is your God, Elohim. Everything you need is in Him. Seek Him today and forever more.

Did you express thanks yesterday and left for me a wonderful comment of gratitude? I hope so. I did say this, but it was implied Christmas in July was something that is expressed by advertisers, but giving thanks should not be a once a year event; Thanksgiving Holiday. It should start in July, and I’m the new expressed advertiser of praise and thanksgiving. It should be practiced daily for all the blessings that we receive from our Lord, Jesus Christ.

“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” – Colossians 2:7

Are you thankful to God, your Creator?

The Bible says in the book of Psalms–
“I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.” – Psalm 69:30

“Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth forever. Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? who can shew forth all his praise?” – Psalm 106:1-2

“Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! 9For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.” – Psalm 107:8-9
Are you feeling worry, fear, discouragement or self-doubt? Today in prayer, praise, and worship thank Christ Jesus and then, thank others whenever anyone does you a favor. Speaking of favors? I would like your help. Please do not just click on the “LIKE” button, but go a little farther in your expression towards God. We are living in times where we can see the evil is rising up, but I would like to counteract this evil with good words of HOPE (online), according to Thessalonians 5:11, “…encourage one another and build each other up…,” “But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness (Hebrews 3:13).”

Will you help?

Take some time now to express it in the comment of praise area below, and allow me the opportunity of sharing your thankfulness to God with our readers as an encouragement. Your testimony can change someone’s life for the better.

You and I will start a whole new trend in the month of July by practicing an attitude of gratitude.

Continuous Blessing to you!

Until next time, Praise the Lord!
