Do you need any prayer? Want to share praise report with us? Submit your request today.
Praise the Lord! Let us Honor Him!
We are alive unto righteousness, and serve a living God.
Just think about His goodness!
Hallelujah! Glory to God!
God is good to all, who call on Him in truth? Saints of the living God, do you know the truth? If you do, it will set us free.
Free to praise! Free to worship!
Gary Oliver, a psalmist and pastor of Tabernacle of Praise, once said, “The highest praise is not worship but obedience.” Are you obeying the call to praise and worship to the Most High God today, and from this day forward?
You need to praise Him in obedience to the truth.
Obey the King!
Watch and listen carefully to this youtube video between Jesus and the Samaritan Woman called ‘Life Giving Water’:
“God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” – John 4:24
Have you entered into the Presence of the King today?
I came across a scripture, and thought it was very interesting. It is found in Ecclesiastes 8:2-3, which states:
“I counsel thee to keep the king’s commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God. 3Be not hasty to go out of his sight: stand not in an evil thing; for he doeth whatsoever pleaseth him.”
In other words from the Message Bible, “Do what your king commands; you gave a sacred oath of obedience. Don’t worryingly second-guess your orders or try to back out when the task is unpleasant. You’re serving his pleasure, not yours.”
How many of us promise to obey the King? I know I did. I have enlisted myself to His commands: “You shall walk after the Lord your God and reverently fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice, and shall serve Him and cling to Him” (Deuteronomy 13:4). These are His orders. How many of us back out of the King’s orders? King Jesus has commanded us to worship God “in spirit and in truth.”
Are we disobeying a direct order from the Chief Commander, the King of kings?
If you promised God that you would be loyal to the King, I advise you to keep that promise. Don’t quickly oppose the king or argue when he has already made up his mind. There are many examples found in the scriptures that express that we should stick to the original plans or course of action:
“If you make a vow to the LORD your God, do not be slow to pay it, for the LORD your God will certainly demand it of you and you will be guilty of sin.” – Deuteronomy 23:21 NIV
“When a man makes a vow to the LORD or takes an oath to obligate himself by a pledge, he must not break his word but must do everything he said.” Numbers 30:2 NIV
“Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your oath, but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.'” – Matthew 5:33 NIV
“Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most High,” – Psalm 50:14 NIV
“Then I will ever sing in praise of your name and fulfill my vows day after day.” – Psalm 61:8 NIV
We are to praise and worship Him daily! If you need some help with this, I will encourage you to read “Take Time to Praise the Lord.” You and I must fulfill the daily rate of praise and worship, and for some of us, your worship bill is overdue! I can show you how to get your bill to say, “Worship Bill Paid in Full,” if you continue to come back and learn about praise and worship.
Keep all the commands? Be the living testimony?
Don’t be in a hurry to leave the King’s presence? You will find peace and comfort there. Hope for a new tomorrow. Joy in the midst of sorrow. Freedom is every area of your life!
Stop being in control, and let God direct your steps. Amen.
