About Author: Marcus Yoars was most recently the editor of Charisma magazine and editorial director for Charisma Media. The son of church-planting missionaries, he was born and raised until college in Hong Kong, equipping him with a unique worldview and a heart for global missions. Aside from a successful career in media that includes ghostwriting for many New York Times best-selling authors, he has also been a worship leader for more than 20 years and is passionate about guiding people into radical, intimate experiences with God through everyday circumstances. Marcus and his wife, Amber, have been married for more than 13 years and have two sons, Brayden and Xander. They most recently called Orlando, Fla., home but moved to Norway last year to begin their work as missionaries.
