Oh, really?
It is an abomination to God if we presume to worship Him in our own way, utilizing the methods with which the heathen worship their gods. If we are not worshiping God the way that HE commands, then we are not worshiping Him at all. Period. Here’s a few examples of why:
Genesis 4:4-6 – And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof.
