Are you free today? This Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2) has freed your mind from dead works, traditions of men, and impure actions, and rescues you to praise and worship the living God.

If you then be free, praise and worship is something you do in Christ!

“Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) – Hebrews 10:22-23

Let’s read it from the Message Bible:

“So let’s do it—full of belief, confident that we’re presentable inside and out. Let’s keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps his word.”

God is faithful and promised to keep his word. Do you think that you can keep your word to Him? He is calling for true worshippers; those who are not ashamed to praise His name. Are you one of those people today?

Great is Our God, Amen!

You must be fully persuaded in your heart and in your mind that God cares for you. You must trust Him and know that He is an excellent “Daddy.”

What good father would not take care of their children financially and emotionally? God’s love surrounds you like a shield. You feel secure and loved by Him. In return, we praise and worship Him. Stop all you’re worrying or fretting! What you need to be doing is praising Him. You cannot change anything, but He can!

Let me tell you of a story I heard recently:

Year ago, a pastor faithfully who served his church, and travel from place to place, because of his executive responsibilities. As He concluding his morning message, he told of a frightening yet thought provoking experience in his life. While on a long flight, there was turbulence, and the airplane was mixed-up in the storm. The people on board were frightened by this storm. You could feel fear all over the plane, but when he looked around. He noticed a little girl. She was peaceful and calm reading her book. Sometimes she would close her eyes, and then open them up back again. She was in her own little world. She would straighten herself in her seat, and began to read her book again. Worry and fear was not in her world, like the adults. You could see fear on their faces, when the airplane was being tossed up and down. This little girl was worry-free. The pastor could not believe his eyes, and when the airplane finally landed. The people on board hurried to leave the plane, but the pastor stuck around to talk to the little girl whom he watched for a long time. He commented about the storm and the behavior of the plane. He asked why she had not been afraid. She replied, “Because the pilot is my daddy, and he is taking me home.”

Remember in your life there are many buffs and storms. Our daddy is the pilot and He is taking us home. How great is our God!
