Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
The dead praise not the Lord. Are you alive today?
Well get to praising your God. He woke you up this morning!
Thank Him at least for that. Right!
Start praising Him. Start thanking Him. Start loving on Him. Amen.
Do you know millions of people will die today? If this was your last day on planet earth, what would you do today? Hopefully, you will get things in order; forgive and be forgiven, tell everyone you know that you love them and want the best for their life, and tell them of the love of Jesus. What plan of action would you leave for them? Would you write a letter, video your message, or let your life speak for itself? What would they say about you? At your funeral? Would it be a good report or an evil report? How would you like for people to remember you? Do you think that you should be working on this remembrance today? You are not promised tomorrow.
I just wanted to wake you up, and help you see that you have only one day at a time. You must make the most of it.
Sometimes we need a little shaking up to get us to move to the next level in our life. Guess what? God will do this every time. He permits the devil to test you: to see if your faith is dead or alive in Him. Do you remember the story about Job? The devil tests his faithfulness to God (see the book of Job). In the last verse of chapter one, it states, “In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.”
How many of us would not blame God? I believe not too many. Your heart would faint after one calamity. In the book of James said blessed is the man [or woman] who endures tests and trails: when you go through the challenge and stick with it is fortunate. For such persons faithfully in love with God, the reward is life and more life; just as the later end of Job’s life was blessed more than is beginnings.
So what I’m I saying to you? Celebrate Life! Rejoice in the Lord! Have a good time, and praise Him!
We waste too much time talking about the words of God, and not living or walking the Word out in our lives: full of liberty and freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17) in Christ Jesus! We moan and complain in test and trails instead of praising God. We worry too much. Jesus told us to give our cares to him (1 Peter 5:7). How many of us really give Him our cares? A few mature Christians in the faith. People we only live once and our testimony should be to show others the goodness of God. God is alive. Jesus is alive. We are alive in Christ!
Praise should be on our lips daily. You should not have to think about it – it should burst forth with joy. A daily smile on your faith (face)! If you then be alive by Christ Jesus, then get up and act like you are alive! Living people go through things, but are not defeated. Why? Because at any time you can call on the Lord. Believers and non believers alike. He is there to help us.
“And call upon me [God] in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.” – Psalm 50:15
Have you ever put God to the test? Try it, just like Elijah (1 Kings 18:15-39). You will see that He is the living Almighty Creator, and His love for you far outweighs your problems.
In order to put God to the test, you must have faith. Faith is the key. Please do not try it without faith and wisdom. You must not have a second thought in your prayers, faith, or wisdom. If you do, you will not receive any thing from the Lord. God only responds to your living faith. A faith that is active: full of the Word and Power. How do you receive this kind of faith? Smith Wigglesworth states, “All lack of faith is due to not feeding of God’s word. You need it every day.”
Praise is a weapon of our warfare and the Word of God is the ammunition! Get the Word in your spirit, and begin to praise Him like never before!
