“I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.” -1 Timothy 2:8

Yadah God, and bless His Name!

Hallelujah! God is Love…and that love is given freely to all! Just Trust Him Today!

Lifting up holy hands is something we do as Christians. We freely give of ourselves to our Heavenly Father, just like a little child.
Yadah means to willfully throw your hands up to praise with power, and declaring the majesty, power, and might of our Lord, Jesus Christ; which we have in Him.
In Christ, we have been given right and privileges that have been left for us, as an inheritance. I encourage you to learn all your benefits; your right to inherit. One of the benefits entitles us to praise and worship Almighty God. To praise Him with all of our might, like King David (read Samuel 6:12-16). Satan wants us to stop, and ignore this call to praise and worship.

But…I’m sounding the call for all who will listen – Praise the Lord, and worship Him in spirit and in truth!

Learning is the key in your praise and worship experience. The more you know, and understand the more you will have a wonderful relationship with God, our Father and Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

Yesterday you learned about Yadah. Did you lift up holy hands to God today? It’s not an experience only in church services, but in your daily worship and praise towards our creator.

In Yadah, you give thanksgiving for all you have; knowing that God is able! Hallelujah!

There is a root word that comes from Yadah; which is Todah. Todah means “to extend the hand in adoration, avowal, or acceptance.” It means “to worship the Lord and to thank Him for things not yet received as well as for things already at hand.” Let read Psalm 50:14, 23:

“14 Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:

23 Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.”

In the message bible, let check out verse 23:
“It’s the praising life that honors me [God]. As soon as you set your foot on the Way, I’ll show you my salvation.”

What do think about this verse? The praising Life? God wants His children to honor Him by faith. If you cannot trust him, you will not believe him, and definetely not adore Him. Praising Him for future events? Todah, a sacrifice of praise!

Todah, we lift our hands, as a sacrificial offering for future things that are unseen. WOW! Can you do that?

Without Faith, it is impossible to believe that he is and that He is the one who generously gives all things. The bible says that anything that is not done in faith is a sin (Romans 14:23b). If you cannot give Todah to the Lord, I must question your faith?
We Praise God – by Yadah and Todah!

Without anger or distrustfulness, we love to praise our Lord! Amen.

“Fear not, only Believe.” – Mark 5:36b
And Praise Him today!

Listen to Stephen Hurd’s song called “Todah” from youtube, and give a sacrifice of praise to God.

Until next time, continue to be blessed and Praise the Lord!
